Harley Quinn, medieval style.
This took FREAKING forever. I'm not going to go into the details, but it took easily 10 hours. It ain't perfect, but I still like it. Twenty points and a cosmic pie to anyone who knows what poker hand she's holding!  P.S. I am fully aware that Harley's hair is blonde. I decided black would look better.
